GOAT USA Rewards Program Terms
Effective date: December 8, 2024
The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the GOAT USA Rewards Program (the “Program”). Please read these Program terms and conditions carefully. If you have any questions about the Program, please reach out to team@goatusa.com.
IMPORTANT NOTICE – OUR TERMS OF USE CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER WHICH MAY REQUIRE YOU AND US TO RESOLVE DISPUTES IN BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION, AND NOT IN COURT. FOR COMPLETE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT BIND YOU AND US, PLEASE REFER TO THE “MANDATORY ARBITRATION” SECTION OF THIS DOCUMENT.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO THESE PROGRAM TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND CONSENT TO THE TERMS OF USE, WHICH ARE INCORPORATED INTO, AND MADE A PART OF THESE TERMS.
By participating in the Program after the Effective Date, you agree to be subject to, and comply with, the following Terms:
I. GENERAL
The Program is offered and sponsored by GOAT USA. GOAT USA may, in its sole discretion, add, modify, delete, or otherwise change these Terms, and any of the rules, procedures, conditions, Points (defined below), Rewards (defined below), Perks (defined below), Rewards Status Levels (defined below), or requirements of the Program, with or without notice. The Program is void where prohibited by law.
ANY AND ALL DISPUTES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROGRAM WILL BE RESOLVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS OUTLINED IN THE GOAT USA TERMS OF USE.
II. THE GOAT USA REWARDS PROGRAM
a. Eligibility
Residents of the United States who are of legal age in their state are eligible to enroll as a participant in the Program (“Eligible Person”). An Eligible Person may enroll in the Program online at www.goatusa.com or register with a GOAT USA sales associate at a GOAT USA Retail Store to participate in the Program and become a “Participant”. To enroll in the Program, an Eligible Person must have or create a GOAT USA account, which can be created at https://www.goatusa.com/account/register. Enrollment in the Program is not effective until enrollment has been accepted and activated by GOAT USA. If a Participant is determined to be ineligible after enrollment in the Program, the Participant’s Program account will be terminated immediately and no benefits will be paid, due or redeemed. To the extent that any part of the Program is determined to be invalid, that portion of the Program shall be void without impacting the validity of the other parts. Current employees of GOAT USA are eligible to participate in the Program as set forth herein.
b. Participation in the Program
Participants in the Program are eligible to receive Points (as defined below) on qualifying purchases. Points may be redeemed for Rewards made available by GOAT USA to Program Participants. Points will also be used as the basis to determine other potential benefits, privileges, or opportunities identified from time to time for Program Participants (collectively, “Perks”).
Participation in the Program is voluntary and free. No purchase is necessary to become a Participant. Participation in the Program is for personal use only; commercial customers are not eligible to participate in the Program. In the event of a Participant’s death, the Participant’s account will be closed and all Points, Rewards, Perks, and other benefits will be automatically forfeited.
Each Participant may only have one Program account per person, phone number and email address. Points, Rewards and Perks are non-transferable and are unique to an individual Participant account. Such Points, Rewards and Perks cannot be combined with Points, Rewards or Perks from other accounts for redemption, Rewards Status Level, or any other purpose. In the event of a dispute over the ownership of a Program account, the account will belong to the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of enrollment. For purposes of these Terms, the “authorized account holder” for the email address is the natural person assigned to the submitted email address. Each Program Participant is responsible for updating their account profile as needed.
Participants are responsible for maintaining the security of their Program account. If the security of a Participant’s account is breached, GOAT USA will not be liable for any unauthorized access to the account, or the accumulation or redemption of Points, Rewards or Perks, or any other account activity that occurs as a result of the unauthorized access or use.
If a Participant becomes aware of any fraudulent activity, including unauthorized use of a Participant’s Program account or benefits, the Participant must promptly (i.e. within five (5) days) report the fraudulent activity to GOAT USA.
Participant accounts that do not have any qualified purchases or Points earned associated with their account for eighteen (18) months are subject to termination in the sole discretion of GOAT USA. Points, Rewards, Perks or other benefits cannot be redeemed by the Participant after the account has been terminated.
By joining the Program, Participants agree to receive mail, email, text messages, push notifications, and phone communications, including, but not limited to, information about Participant’s account, and the Program, and marketing messages from GOAT USA. If a Program Participant no longer wishes to receive marketing communications, please unsubscribe by clicking “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email, or email team@goatusa.com.
c. Termination or Discontinuance of the Program or a Participant’s Account
A Participant may terminate their Program account at any time by contacting team@goatusa.com.
GOAT USA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to discontinue Program participation for any Participant who:
a. uses the Program in any manner inconsistent with these Terms and/or the GOAT USA Terms of Use;
b. violates, or acts in any manner that is inconsistent with, federal, state or local laws;
c. engages in any form of fraud, theft, misconduct, or misrepresentation in connection with Participant’s account or Participant’s activities in connection with the Program;
d. is abusive, disruptive, inappropriate, or hostile toward any employee, representative or customer of GOAT USA; or
e. fails to pay for any purchase at any GOAT USA Retail Location.
The Program has no predetermined termination date and may continue until GOAT USA decides to terminate the Program, which may occur at any time, for any reason, with or without notice to a Participant.
III. HOW TO EARN POINTS
Participants can earn Points by making qualified purchases at a) www.goatusa.com (the “Website”), b) GOAT USA’s retail store locations (“GOAT USA Retail Stores”) and c) at GOAT USA live events, all of which are collectively referred to herein each as a “GOAT USA Retail Location” and collectively as the “GOAT USA Retail Locations.” Participants may also earn points through approved Points-earning Activities (“Points Activities”), as detailed below.
a. Earning Points Through Qualified Purchases
To receive Points, a Participant must make a qualified purchase at a GOAT USA Retail Location and meet all of the conditions described in these Terms. Points are calculated on a per-item basis. Each Participant will receive one (1) Point for every one (1) U.S. Dollar spent on qualified items that are part of a qualified purchase made at a GOAT USA Retail Location, provided that a) for purchases made on the Website, the Participant is logged in to the account with the email address associated with their Program account, and b) for purchases made at a GOAT USA Retail Store or at a GOAT USA live event, the Participant provides their email address before making a qualified purchase. Participants that earn enough Points to achieve the Hall of Fame or GOAT Rewards Status Levels will be eligible for Point multipliers on qualifying purchases, as further detailed below in Section V. Any eligible rewards Points will appear in Participant’s Program account within twenty-four (24) hours but will not appear on the receipt. No Points will be awarded for a) taxes, b) items purchased using a gift card as the only form of tender, or c) where a Participant has received an item but not paid for it.
On occasion, GOAT USA may offer Participants bonus Point promotions that may result in an award of additional Points (“Bonus Points”). Such Bonus Points promotions are subject to these Terms and any other additional corresponding terms associated with such Bonus Points offer.
All receipts should be retained by Participant until the Point credit has appeared in their Program account. If a Participant believes that they did not receive the correct amount of Points for an qualified purchase, then the Participant must submit a written request to team@goatusa.com with the Participant’s name and email address, and an explanation of why Participant believes that they did not receive the correct amount of Points for a purchase. All such requests must be received by GOAT USA within sixty (60) days from the date of the qualified purchase. If a Participant makes a return of a purchase made with the Participant’s Program account, GOAT USA will deduct the Points that the Participant was previously awarded for that purchase (this may potentially result in a negative Point balance on the Participant’s Program account.)
b. Earning Points Through Activities
Participants may earn Points through “Points Activities”, all of which are detailed below:

IV. USE OF POINTS & REWARDS
Points and Rewards are the property of GOAT USA. If GOAT USA determines, in its sole discretion, that any Points or Rewards have been obtained in any way that is not in accordance with these Terms, then the Points and Rewards will be deemed to have been fraudulently obtained and immediately void.
a. Points
Points have no cash value. Points are used to determine a Participant’s qualification for different Rewards Status Levels (e.g., All-Star, Hall of Fame, and GOAT). Participant may also convert Points into Rewards (as detailed below). Points may not be retroactively applied to a previous purchase.
b. Rewards
Rewards are earnings from a Participant’s previous qualified purchases at GOAT USA Retail Locations that may be used on Participant’s future purchases at GOAT USA Retail Locations (“Rewards”). A Participant’s Rewards are determined by the number of Points that a Participant has earned in accordance with these Terms (“Rewards”).
Participants will have the option to redeem Rewards upon reaching certain Points levels, as detailed below:
- A Five U.S. Dollar ($5) Reward may be redeemed from a Participant’s accumulation of One Hundred (100) Points.
- A Ten U.S. Dollar ($10) Reward may be redeemed from a Participant’s accumulation of Two Hundred (200) Points.
- A Fifteen U.S. Dollar ($15) Reward may be redeemed from a Participant’s accumulation of Three Hundred (300) Points.
- A Twenty U.S. Dollar ($20) Reward may be redeemed from a Participant’s accumulation of Four Hundred (400) Points.
Rewards are void where copied, fraudulently obtained or transferred, or derived from Points that have been fraudulently obtained or transferred, prohibited, or through other activities that are prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Rewards have no cash value, cannot be used toward or for the purchase of gift cards and are not otherwise exchangeable.
c. How to Redeem Rewards
Rewards may only be redeemed at GOAT USA Retail Locations. To redeem a reward, a Participant must be logged into their Program account with the email address associated with that account. All available rewards that may be redeemed by a Participant will be available for redemption at checkout at a GOAT USA Retail Location. Once a Participant has redeemed a reward, there is no way to cancel, return or otherwise reverse the redemption of the reward.
V. REWARDS STATUS LEVEL & PERKS
The Program has three rewards status levels (“Rewards Status Levels”):
- ALL-STAR: Available to all Participants upon enrollment in the Program.
- HALL OF FAME: Requires an annual calendar year spend of at least Two Hundred Fifty U.S. Dollars ($250.00).
- GOAT: Requires an annual calendar year spend of at least Four Hundred U.S. Dollars ($400.00)
The Perks available to a Participant are based on a Participant’s Rewards Status Level. All Point balances will reflect the points earned for all qualified purchases made within the past one (1) year from any calendar date (the “Program Year”).
Once a Participant has reached a certain Rewards Status Level, the Participant is eligible to receive the benefits associated with that Rewards Status Level. If the Participant’s qualified purchases and Point earning totals are below the amount needed to achieve a particular status level during a Program Year, the Participant will revert to the next-closest subordinate status.
Perks are available to Participants of the Program based upon the Rewards Status Level achieved, as described below:

VI. PRIVACY INFORMATION
By participating in the Program, you agree that GOAT USA, its affiliates, partners and its vendors may collect, process, and/or use information from and about you in accordance with the GOAT USA Privacy Policy. As a Participant, you authorize us to send you periodic communications by email or phone. You may discontinue receiving communications from us by logging onto your account online and managing your communication preferences, or by contacting us at team@goatusa.com.
GOAT USA may modify these Terms from time to time by posting the revised Terms on the Website. We may also modify the Privacy Policy from time to time as described in the Privacy Policy. Your continued participation in the Program following the posting and/or communication to you of any such changes to these Terms, or to the Privacy Policy, indicates your acceptance of these changes.
VII. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
GOAT USA reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and procedures communicated in these Terms in its sole discretion, and all determinations of GOAT USA shall be final and conclusive in each case.
