Our Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS:

  • GOAT USA will accept returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise that is in a sellable condition with the original hang tags attached/original packaging intact that was purchased from a GOAT USA retail location or from www.goatusa.com so long as such items are accompanied by valid proof of purchase. GOAT USA will provide a credit for the price paid in the original form of tender when the return is accompanied by a valid receipt and is made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, except for purchases made between November 15th and December 24th (the “Holiday Period”) for which a return must be made within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. Purchases that are returned after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase but before sixty (60) days from the date of purchase excluding of the Holiday Period will be eligible to receive store credit.
  • Valid proof of purchase includes the order number, order confirmation email with details about the purchased items, original sales receipt, pack slip or gift receipt. Proof of purchase must accompany the return.
  • Online purchases can be returned online or in store.
  • In-store purchases from GOAT USA retail locations can be returned in store or by contacting the GOAT USA Customer Experience team at team@goatusa.com.
  • There is an $8 handling fee for any online return.
  • Accepted returns will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment, such as the credit card used for the purchase.
  • Returns with a gift receipt will be offered the option of receiving a gift card or store credit with the returned amount or an even exchange.
  • Returns for a purchase where a coupon was redeemed, or a discount was applied, will result in an adjusted refund amount that reflects the price paid by the customer after the coupon/discount.

EXCHANGES:

  • GOAT USA will accept exchanges of unwashed, unworn merchandise that is in a sellable condition with the original hang tags attached/original packaging intact that was purchased from a GOAT USA retail location or from www.goatusa.com so long as such items are accompanied by valid proof of purchase and the exchange is submitted within sixty (60) days of the purchase date.
  • Online purchases can be exchanged online or in store.
  • In-store purchases from GOAT USA retail locations can be exchanged in store or by contacting the GOAT USA Customer Experience team at team@goatusa.com.
  • There is an $8 handling fee for any online exchange.

NO PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

  • Price adjustments will not be made for merchandise that is purchased but later marked down.

GENERAL TERMS:

  • All products are subject to inspection.
  • All sales of Gift Cards are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • The GOAT USA Sticker Subscription Service is subject to separate subscription terms and are not eligible for returns.
  • GOAT USA reserves the right to deny any return or exchange. Returns may not be accepted in-store during high volume times, as determined by GOAT USA in its sole discretion.

There are just a few quicks steps:

1. Enter your order number
2. Enter shipping zip code of original order
3. If exchanging, Select the product, size, and color for the exchange.
4. GOAT USA will provide a USPS mailing form via email. Print the mailing form and drop the return item off at the USPS at your earliest convenience. You can use any packaging you like - including the packaging the GOAT USA products arrived in.

I purchased my GOAT USA merchandise at a live event. How do I return it?

Can I return/exchange a Gift Card?

All sales of Gift Cards are final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Sticker subscription purchases are not eligible for return.
